2.52.010 - Declaration of need.¶
The city council declares that there is a need for the Commerce industrial development authority and that the authority shall function.
(Ord. 300 §1, 1981).
2.52.020 - Powers and duties.¶
The authority and its directors shall have all of the rights, powers, privileges, duties, liabilities, disabilities, and immunities provided for industrial development authorities by the laws of the State of California, as such laws may be amended from time to time.
