2.24.010 - Public places for posting notices.¶
The following are officially designated as public places for the posting of all ordinances, resolutions or notices adopted or issued by the city:
Commerce City Hall 2535 Commerce Way
Bandini Park 4725 Astor Avenue
Veterans Memorial Park 6364 Zindell Avenue
Bristow Park 1466 S. McDonnell Avenue

2.24.020 - Posting notices.¶
All ordinances and all resolutions required by law to be published or posted shall be posted in at least three public places as set forth in Section 2.24.010 in accordance with the provisions of Section 36933 of the Government Code.

2.24.030 - Filing documents.¶
The mayor, the city clerk, the city attorney, and the mayor pro tem are each appointed the authorized agent of the city of Commerce for the filing with such offices and officers of the State of California and of the county of Los Angeles, of certified copies of ordinances and resolutions and such other documents as may be required for the proper and efficient conduct of the city's business.
