5.07.010 - Motion picture theater.

(a)

Every person conducting, managing or carrying on a motion picture theater or other place where moving pictures are exhibited for which a fee is charged, received or collected or as an incident to some other type of business or activity, shall first procure a license and shall pay a license fee established pursuant to Section 5.04.220.

(b)

A license granted pursuant to this section does not permit any entertainment of any kind except motion pictures and any music which may accompany the showing of such motion pictures.

5.07.020 - Theaters—Hearing and notice.

The city council shall hold a public hearing on every application for a license pursuant to this chapter and shall give notice of such hearing as required by Section 5.06.020 of this code.

5.07.030 - Grant or denial of motion picture theater license.

A license for a motion picture theater shall be granted or denied as provided in Section 5.06.030 of this code.

5.07.040 - Revocation, suspension or modification of motion picture theater license.

A license for a motion picture theater shall be revoked, suspended or modified as provided in Section 5.06.040 of this code.
