2.20.010 - Councilmembers.

In accordance with the provisions of Section 36516 of the Government Code of the State of California, the compensation of the members of the city council shall be two thousand eight dollars and twenty-one cents per month, each, payable bi-weekly. In addition, councilmembers may be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of official duty, upon the submission of an itemized account.

2.20.020 - Officers—Employees.

The salaries and compensation of officers and employees of the city shall be as fixed and determined by resolution of the city council, except those fixed herein.

2.20.030 - City clerk.

The office of city clerk may be consolidated with that of city administrator and in such case the city clerk shall not receive a salary; however, the city council shall, by resolution, establish the salary of the officer who shall be both city administrator and city clerk.
