8-3.1 Twenty-Five (25) Mile per Hour Streets Designated.¶
The following City streets are restricted to a prima facie speed limit of twenty-five (25) miles per hour: a. 40th Avenue from Hillcrest to Old Highway 53 b. 40th Avenue from Old Highway 53 to Lakeshore/40th c. Crawford Avenue d. Dam Road from Lake Street to City Limits e. Lakeshore Drive from City Limits to San Joaquin f. Lakeshore Drive from Pomo Street to Division Street g. Lakeview Way h. Mullen Avenue i. Uhl Avenue j. Woodland Avenue (Ord. #2014-172)
8-3.2 Thirty (30) Mile per Hour Streets Designated.¶
The following City streets are restricted to a prima facie speed limit of thirty (30) miles per hour: a. 18th Avenue from Oak to Irving b. 18th Avenue from Irving to Boyles c. 32nd Avenue d. Arrowhead Road from Park to Burns Valley Road e. Austin Road from Olive to Redwood f. Boyles Avenue g. Burns Valley Road from Olympic Drive to Rumsey Road h. Davis Avenue from Old Highway 53 to the end i. Davis Avenue from Moss to the end j. Lakeshore Drive from San Joaquin to Plumas k. Lakeshore Drive from Plumas to Country Club l. Lakeshore Drive from Country Club to Pomo Street m. Lakeshore Drive from Division Street to Old Highway 53 n. Lakeshore Drive from Old Highway 53 to State Route 53 o. 8-3.3 Thirty-Five (35) Mile per Hour Streets Designated.¶
The following City streets are restricted to a prima facie speed limit of thirty-five (35) miles per hour: a. 40th Avenue from State Route 53 to Wilkinson b. Arrowhead Road from Sulfur Bank Road to Park Street c. Austin Road from Redwood to Old Highway 53
d. Burns Valley Road from Rumsey Road to Arrowhead Road e. Country Club Drive f. Moss Avenue g. Old Highway 53 from State Route 53 to Lakeshore Drive h. Olympic Drive from Redwood to Old Highway 53 i. Olympic Drive from Old Highway 53 to State Route 53 (Ord. #2014-172)
8-3.4 Forty (40) Mile per Hour Streets Designated.¶
The following City streets are restricted to a prima facie speed limit of forty (40) miles per hour: a. Dam Road from Dam Road Extension to Lake Street b. Old Highway 53 from Olympic Road to State Route 53 (Ord. #2014-172)
8-3.5 Forty-Five (45) Mile per Hour Streets Designated.¶
a. Sulfur Bank Road from Country Club Drive to City limits. (Ord. #2014-172)
8-3.6 Five (5) Miles per Hour within Parks.¶
No person shall operate a vehicle at a speed greater than five (5) miles per hour inside the boundaries of any park. (Ord. #2014-172)
8-3.7 Violations.¶
Violations of subsection 8-3.1 through 8-3.4 above shall be cited as violations of the Vehicle Code of the State of California. Violation of subsection 8-3.5 shall be cited as a City ordinance violation and punished as provided for in Chapter V, subsection 5-2.3 of this Code. (Ord. #2014-172)
