10-5 ENFORCEMENT, RECOVERY OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTIES AND COSTS, AND ABATEMENT COSTS. 10-5.1 Failure to Comply with Administrative Citation; Hearing Officer’s or City Council’s Order. At its discretion, the City may pursue any and all legal and equitable remedies, including, without limitation, those provided for in this Chapter, for the recovery of administrative penalties, administrative costs or abatement costs owed to the City. Pursuit of one remedy does not preclude the pursuit of any other remedies until the total debt has been recovered. Any property owner or violator who fails to pay any administrative penalties, administrative costs or abatement costs owed to the City shall be liable for the costs of any action brought by the City to secure payment of the delinquent amount, including all court costs and attorneys’ fees.
