18-9.010 Purpose.¶
The purpose of this district is to provide sites for general commercial uses which are diverse, visually pleasing, convenient in terms of parking and access, attractive and used by citizens of Clearlake as well as visitors to the area. (Ord. #271-2025, S2 (Exh. A))
18-9.020 Property Development Standards.¶
a. Maximum density: no maximum density. b. Yards. See Section 18-20.040. c. Maximum height: Structure: thirty-five (35') feet and up to fifty (50') feet with a conditional use permit (also see Section 18-20.060), except when the development is on the lake side of Lakeshore Drive, where the lake is visible to the public (building shall not exceed thirty-five (35') feet in height). d. Maximum coverage: no maximum coverage. e. Minimum lot area: three thousand (3,000) square feet. f. Parking Requirements. See Section 18-20.090. (Ord. #271-2025, S2 (Exh. A))
