18-6.010 Purpose.¶
The HDR Zone is intended to provide housing opportunities for smaller households desiring little private open space and to provide various types of group housing. It is further intended to allow for concentrations of housing close to concentrations of employment and college enrollment, in areas largely committed to high density residential development. It will be applied to areas designated “High Density Residential” on the Clearlake General Plan Zoning Map. (Ord. #271-2025, S2 (Exh. A))
18-6.020 Property Development Standards.¶
The property development standards for the HDR Zone are as follows: a. Maximum density: twenty-five (25) density units per net acre (see also Section 18-20.020). b. Yards. See Section 18-20.040. c. Maximum height: Structure: forty-five (45') feet (see also Section 18-20.060). d. Maximum coverage: sixty (60%) percent (see also Section 18-20.050). e. Minimum lot area: five thousand (5,000) square feet. f. Parking Requirements. See Section 18-20.090. (Ord. #271-2025, S2 (Exh. A))
