8.08.010 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person who displays, stores, discards or abandons in any place accessible to children any chest or box, and every person who stores or displays any refrigerator or icebox in any place accessible to children, which chest, box, refrigerator or icebox shall have a capacity of one and one-half cubic feet, or more, with an attached lid or door which may be opened and fastened shut by means of an attached latch, or being the owner, lessee or manager of such place knowingly permits such stored, displayed, abandoned or discarded chest or box or such stored or displayed refrigerator or icebox to remain there in such condition, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
