3.08.010 - Designated.

The taxes by and for the use of the municipal corporation of the city shall be levied and collected by the proper officers of the county according to the provisions of sections 51500 through 55521 of the Government Code of the state. The city council does elect to avail itself of such provisions of the Government Code of the state.
