13.24.010 - Adoption of master drainage plan.¶
The city has adopted and now has in effect a master drainage plan, which has been, after notice and public hearing, revised from time to time and which was adopted pursuant to Title 7, Chapter 3, Article 8, Section 65450 et seq., California Government Code. The official copy of such master drainage plan is on file in the office of the city engineer at 5251 "D" Street, Chino, California; and any reference in this chapter to the master drainage plan shall be to the maps, plats, specifications and other materials constituting such master drainage plan on file at the above address. The terms of this chapter shall apply to all of the drainage facilities described and set forth in the master drainage plan.

13.24.020 - Establishment of local drainage area.¶
The city council establishes a local drainage area encompassing the entirety of such city in accordance with the flood control element of the city's general plan, and the city storm drain master plan map, as prepared by Moffat and Nichol, Engineers.

13.24.030 - Forming of storm drainage assessment district.¶
Property owners within the local drainage area may petition the council to form an assessment district therein, or the council may initiate the formation of an assessment district for the purpose of constructing storm drains in accordance with the master drainage plan within the local drainage area. All funds collected or paid into the "Drainage Facilities Fund" within the assessment district may be used in the construction of such facilities within the assessment district.

13.24.040 - Storm drain collection system fee.¶
A storm drain collection system fee shall be paid pursuant to Chapter 3.40 of this code.

13.24.070 - Reimbursement agreements.¶
Reimbursements for storm drain facilities of supplemental size or strength constructed by developers shall be made pursuant to Chapter 3.40 of this code.
