16R.16.010 Adoption of standards.
All regulations adopted in the 2025 California Green Building Code, as promulgated in Part 11, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations, hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein, shall constitute the green building standards of the City and shall apply to and govern the construction, alteration, moving, demolition, repair, and use of all structures within or on any building, structure, or premises in the city in accordance with the provisions of Sections 16.06.020 and 16.06.030 of this code.
