16R.06.010 Adoption of standards.
The following regulations, hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein, shall constitute the mechanical standards of the city and shall apply to and govern the construction, installation, alteration, repair, relocation, replacement, addition to, use and maintenance of any mechanical equipment within or on any building, structure, or premises in the city in accordance with the provisions of Section 16.06.030 of this code:
A. All regulations adopted in the 2025 California Mechanical Code ("CMC"), as promulgated in Part 4, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations.
B. As an amendment to the California Mechanical Code, Sections 104.3.2 and 104.5 and Table 104.5 regarding fees are deleted from this code.
