16R.08.010 Adoption of standards.
Previously adopted standards 16R.08.020 and 16R.08.030 shall remain in effect and the following regulations, hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein, shall constitute the plumbing standards of the City and shall apply to and govern the construction, alteration, moving, demolition, repair, and use of all plumbing equipment within or on any building, structure, or premises in the City in accordance with the provisions of Section 16.06.030 of this code:
A. All regulations adopted in the 2025 California Plumbing Code ("CPC"), as promulgated in Part 5, Title 24 of the California Code of Regulations.
B. As an amendment to the California Plumbing Code, Sections 104.3.2 and 104.5 and Table 104.5 regarding fees are deleted from this code.
