8.48.010 - State guidelines adopted.¶
The Guidelines for Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act promulgated by the Secretary of Resources pursuant to California Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq.; the California Environmental Quality Act, as amended, and all such amendments made hereafter, are incorporated and adopted as part of this chapter by reference.

8.48.020 - City environmental guidelines to be adopted by resolution.¶
Specific guidelines, regulations and procedures for implementation of the State Guidelines for Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act shall be adopted by resolution of the city council.
