8.44.010 - Height restriction in residential zone.¶
No person shall erect, cause to be erected, or permit to exist, any wood or masonry fence or wall in any area zoned previously for residential use which exceeds the height of six feet. No person shall erect, cause to be erected, or permit to exist, any solid wood or solid masonry fence or wall in any area zoned primarily for residential purposes which is located within the front yard building setback required by the zoning ordinance.

8.44.020 - Violation declared nuisance—Abatement.¶
Every fence or wall erected or permitted to exist in violation of Section 8.44.010 is declared a public and a private nuisance and may be abated in the manner and form that such nuisances are abated.
