16.16.010 - Permit fees established.¶
The city council by resolution may establish fees for building permits, plumbing permits, wiring permits, and other permits relating to buildings and structures.

16.16.020 - Effective date of fee.¶
Any fee established by ordinance prior to the effective date of any resolution adopted pursuant to the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be deemed to be repealed and shall be superseded by any fee established by such resolution.
