10.09.010 - Lookouts.¶

A. No person may act as a guard or lookout inside or outside any building, structure or premise within the city for any other person, who is engaged in any illegal act or conduct occurring inside or outside any such building, structure, or premise.

B. No person may give any signal intended or calculated to give warning of the approach of any enforcement officer to any person that is engaged in any illegal act or conduct occurring inside or outside any building, structure, or premise within the city.
