10.06.010 - Public urination and defecation prohibited.¶

No person may urinate or defecate in any public place except when using a urinal or toilet that is located in a bathroom, rest room or other structure enclosed from public view. As used in this section, "public place" means both public property and private property open to the public and includes alleys, bridges, driveways, highways, parks, parking lots, pathways, sidewalks, streets, trash enclosures, walkways, and other places or areas generally accessible to the public.
