Sec. 5-1.501. - Dangerous Buildings.¶

(a) The latest edition of the Uniform Code for Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, promulgated by the International Conference of Building Officials, is adopted by this reference.

(b) The procedures and remedies set forth in the Uniform Code for Abatement of Public Buildings are cumulative. Nuisances created by dangerous buildings can be abated in accordance with the Uniform Code, other provisions of this Municipal Code, or other provisions of law.
