5.26.010 - Purpose.¶
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this title, this chapter is adopted in order to establish guidelines for the revocation of any business license issued in accordance with the provisions of Title 5 of this code.

5.26.020 - Criteria to be used for revocation of business licenses.¶
A business license may be suspended or revoked if the license holder has either:
A. Made any misstatement of a material matter in the application for a permit or license;
B. Violated or failed to comply with any provision of this title, or any other applicable provision of this code or any rule, regulation or emergency decree of the city council;
C. Violated any law or ordinance pertaining to the particular business for which the license is issued;
D. Violated or failed to comply with any rule adopted by the city council.
