§ 21189.3

Public Resources Code §§ 21000–21189.91 — California Environmental Quality Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

21189.3. This chapter shall remain in effect until January 1, 2034, and as of that date is repealed unless a later enacted statute extends or repeals that date.

(Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 60, Sec. 5. (SB 149) Effective July 10, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2034, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Chapter 6.5, commencing with Section 21178.)
