§ 21181

Public Resources Code §§ 21000–21189.91 — California Environmental Quality Act · 2026 edition · updated 2026-07-29 · California

  1. This chapter does not apply to a project if the Governor does not certify the project as an environmental leadership development project eligible for streamlining under this chapter before January 1, 2032.

(Amended by Stats. 2023, Ch. 60, Sec. 2. (SB 149) Effective July 10, 2023. Repealed as of January 1, 2034, pursuant to Section 21189.3.)
