  1. The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provision of this chapter or its application is held to be invalid, that invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application.

(Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 19, Sec. 1. (SB 7) Effective May 20, 2021. Repealed as of January 1, 2034, pursuant to Section 21189.3.)
