The provisions of Government Code section 65913.4 are effective as of January 1, 2018.

  • These Guidelines are applicable to applications submitted on or after January 1, 2019, including applications submitted for modification to a development per Section 301(c). Subsequent updates to the Guidelines are applicable to applications submitted on or after the date adopted as shown on the cover page. Nothing in these Guidelines may be used to invalidate or require a modification to a development approved through the Streamlined Ministerial Approval Process prior to the effective date.

  • These Guidelines are applicable to counties and cities, including both general law and charter cities, including a charter city and county.
