3128B.1 General requirements.

All filters, regardless of type, shall be designed and constructed according to the applicable requirements established by the NSF/ANSI 50- 2012 performance standard effective September 2012.

3128B.2 Installation.

Each filter vessel shall be installed, piped and provided with valves so that it can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing.
