9.20.010. - Possession prohibited; exception.

No person shall carry onto, or possess on, the fairgrounds of the 18th District Agricultural Association, located in the city, any bottle or can, without the express permission of the director of the 18th District Agricultural Association.

9.20.020. - Bottle and can defined.

The terms "bottle" and "can," as referred to in section 9.20.010, mean any bottle or can commercially prepackaged, containing any food or beverage, and sold through commercial retail outlets.

9.20.030. - Violation; penalty.

Any person or persons, or association of persons, convicted of violating the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the general penalty in chapter 1.16, except that a fine of not less than $50.00 shall be imposed.
