9.12.010. - Curfew.

No person under the age of 18 years shall loiter in or about any public street or other public place or any place open to the public in the city between the hour of 10:00 p.m. and the time of sunrise of the following day when not accompanied by such person's parent, guardian or other adult person having the legal care, custody or control of such person, or spouse of such person over 21 years of age.
