2.48.010.

  • City administrator signature required for warrants, contracts and other instruments of the city.

Except as otherwise provided by law, all warrants drawn on the city treasurer, all written contracts and conveyances made or entered into by the city and all instruments requiring the city seal may be signed by the city administrator.
