§ 14.300.010. Purpose.

The purpose of the commercial use table is to clearly and precisely designate permitted uses and conditional uses within each of the following districts:

D-MU Downtown Mixed-Use Zoning District

C-G General Commercial Zoning District

C-O Office Commercial Zoning District (Formerly 14.120.010; Ord. 320 § 1, 1999; Ord. 409 § 3, 2017)

§ 14.300.020. Designation of uses.

With regard to the commercial use table, an "X" indicates that the described use is permitted in the district represented by the symbol at the top of the column. A "U" indicates that the described use requires a use permit in the district represented by the symbol at the top of the column. The absence

of an "X" or "U" indicates that the particular use is prohibited in such a district. If a use is not listed on the table, the city planner, upon application, shall determine and recommend to the planning commission whether or not such use is similar in character to a described use for the purposes of applying district regulations and special conditions.

§ 14.300.025. Medical marijuana dispensaries and deliveries.

Medical marijuana dispensary and delivery, as defined in this title, are not allowable commercial uses.
