1.10.010 - Adoption of Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure.¶
The provisions of Section 1094.6 of the Code of Civil Procedure shall be applicable to decisions of the city council and of any commission, board, officer, or agent of the city of Big Bear Lake.

1.10.020 - Definition of "decision."¶
As used in this chapter, "decision" means an adjudicatory administrative decision made after hearing, suspending, demoting or dismissing an officer or employee, revoking or denying an application for a permit, license, or other entitlement, or denying an application for any retirement benefit or allowance.

1.10.030 - Judicial review period.¶
Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6(f), the city shall provide notice to any party to a final decision indicating that the time within which judicial review must be sought is governed by California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6.
