1.04.010 - Adoption of provisions.¶
The city of Big Bear Lake does adopt the following provisions of the San Bernardino County Code by reference. Such adoption shall mean as the code existed on December 1, 1980, unless otherwise specified:

1.04.020 - Definitions.¶
A. All references to the "county of San Bernardino" shall mean the "city of Big Bear Lake."
B. All references to "board of supervisors" shall mean the "city council."

1.04.030 - City ordinances to control.¶
A. Where any ordinance of the city passed and adopted after December 1, 1980, is in conflict with this ordinance, the adopted ordinance shall control this ordinance.
B. The intent of this ordinance is to reinstate and continue those portions of the county code specifically enumerated and adopted after December 1, 1980, and is to supplement or augment such ordinances.
