4.106.4.1 New One- And Two-Family Dwellings and Townhouses With Private Garages¶

For each new dwelling unit that is provided with parking, install a minimum of one (1) Low Power Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Receptacle or a Level 2 Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE).
