2.44.010 - Authorization of contract.¶
A contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration, California State Employees' Retirement System, is authorized, a copy of said contract being attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part of this chapter as though set out in this chapter in full.

2.44.020 - Execution of contract.¶
The Mayor of the City Council is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the contract for and on behalf of the agency.

2.44.030 - Authorization of contract amendment.¶
An amendment to the contract between the City Council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of said amendment being attached to the ordinance codified in this section and Section 2.44.040, marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part of this chapter as though set out in this chapter in full.

2.44.040 - Execution of contract amendment.¶
