Sec. 9.50.010. - Rules and regulations—Adoption by resolution.¶

The city council may establish by resolution rules and regulations governing use of the city-owned Robert A. Sessions Sports Park.

Sec. 9.50.020. - Same—Posting.¶

A copy of the rules and regulations governing the use and operation of the Robert A. Sessions Sports Park shall be posted in three public places and publicized in the manner designated for ordinances and shall be permanently posted at the entrance to the Robert A. Sessions Sports Park.

Sec. 9.50.030. - Violations and penalties.¶

Violation of rules and regulations governing the use and operation of the Robert A. Sessions Sports Park shall, in addition to any other remedies authorized by law, be punishable as set forth in section 1.01.150. Notwithstanding any provision of section 1.01.150 to the contrary, such violations shall constitute a misdemeanor and any such violation may be charged and prosecuted as an infraction. Any person violating any of the rules and regulations governing the use of the Robert A. Sessions sports park adopted by the city council shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of the park rules and regulations is committed, continued, or permitted.
