8.59.010 Short title.¶
The ordinance codified in this chapter shall be known as “Tobacco Retailer’s Permit.” (Ord. 5128 § 1, 2023)
8.59.020 Purpose and intent.¶
The purpose of this chapter is to prohibit any person from acting as a tobacco retailer without first obtaining and maintaining a valid tobacco retailer’s permit and to set forth the terms and conditions of obtaining the permit. (Ord. 5128 § 1, 2023)
