8.56.010 Smoking on buses prohibited.¶

It is unlawful for any person, while riding in or upon any motor transportation operated and maintained by and within the city, to light or smoke any cigarette, cigar, pipe or other thing composed of or containing tobacco or other herbs or matter intended or used for smoking by such person. (Prior code § 10.42.010)
