15.50.010 Definitions.

Whenever used in this chapter, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context, the words set forth in this section shall have the following meanings:

A. “Pay toilet” means any toilet facility for which payment of consideration is necessary before such facility may be used.

B. “Person” means any individual, partnership, corporation or association of any nature whatsoever. (Ord. 3323 § 1, 1990)

15.50.020 Pay toilets prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to maintain or permit to be maintained a pay toilet in the city. (Ord. 3323 § 1, 1990)
