Sec. 74-496. - Vision clearance for traffic safety.

No person owning, controlling or responsible for the maintenance of any fence, wall, mound, hedge, shrubbery or any other obstruction which so restricts the view of pedestrian or vehicular traffic as to cause a hazard or danger thereto shall allow or permit or cause such to:

(1) Exceed a height of 42 inches within a triangular area of a corner lot formed by the front lot line and the side lot line on the street side and a straight line connecting a point on each lot line described in this subsection and distant 15 feet from the intersection of such lot lines.

(2) Exceed a height of 42 inches in a triangular area of an interior lot which is formed by a straight line connecting a point ten feet back of the front lot line and a point which is 15 feet on either side of a private driveway measured along the front lot line.
