12.10.010 - Fourth of July.

It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any item of merchandise upon any public street, sidewalk or City park within that area bounded by Atwater Boulevard, First Street, Grove Avenue, and Winton Way on the Fourth of July without the express permission of the Atwater Fourth of July Committee.

12.10.020 - Fall Festival.

It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale any item of merchandise upon any public street, sidewalk or City park within that area bounded by Atwater Boulevard, First Street, Grove Avenue, and Winton Way during the Fall Festival without the express permission of the Atwater Chamber of Commerce.

12.10.030 - Permits.

Any business or solicitation permit issued for the time of the Fourth of July or Fall Festivals shall have a copy of this Chapter attached thereto.
