8130.3. - AMENDMENT [ADMINISTRATIVE].

Chapter 1, Section [A] 105.2, Building, item number 1 of the 2025 California Building Code is amended to read as follows:

One-story detached accessory buildings used as tool and storage sheds, playhouses and similar uses, provided the floor area does not exceed 120 square feet and the highest point of the roof does not exceed 8 feet, 6 inches above adjacent grade.

Chapter 1, Section [A] 109.2 in Chapter 1 of the 2025 California Building Code is amended to read as follows:
