8020.8. - REFUSE FEES.

All of the permit fees authorized pursuant to Article VIII of the Arcadia Municipal Code shall be established by resolution of the City Council, and shall include an added refuse fee in an amount established by resolution of the City Council. (Added by Ord. 1989 adopted 6-1-93. Amended by Ord. 2183 adopted 9-1603)
