15.05.010 - Housing code.¶
The 1997 Edition of the Uniform Housing Code published by the International Conference of Building Officials as referenced by the California Department of Housing and Community Development and pursuant to the provisions of Section 17922 of the California Health and Safety Code, is hereby adopted by reference. A copy of said code is on file in the office of the building official for examination and use by the public.

15.05.030 - Section 203 not adopted.¶
Section 203 of the 1997 Uniform Housing Code is specifically not adopted. The membership of the board of appeals shall be as established by resolution of the city council.
