Sec. 10-1. - Dropping, throwing, etc., any cigar, cigarette, etc., in any public place…¶

It shall be unlawful for any person to place, cast, throw or drop any lighted cigar, cigarette or the stubs thereof, or anything or substance in a state of combustion, in, upon or about any public building, sidewalk or other public place in the city where the same is liable to come in contact with combustible material.
