Editor's Note: Section 6-31 added by Ordinance No. 2193, passed May 15,1984, shall not apply to businesses established prior to the adoption of this section until such time as the business is abandoned.

6-31.1 - Definitions.

As used in this section:

Packaged liquor store shall mean any establishment selling alcoholic beverage in an unopened container.

a. Packaged liquor stores shall not sell or store gasoline on the same premises as packaged liquor.
