26-20.1 - Powers.¶
When proceedings are taken pursuant to this section the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 shall apply.

26-20.2 - Hearing.¶
The hearing on the report need not be set for more than ten (10) days beyond the day of setting.

26-20.3 - Bonds.¶
Bonds may be issued upon any supplemental assessment and more than one (1) such assessment may be had.

26-20.4 - Payment.¶
a. The time provided for payment of assessments may be thirty (30) days.
b. Payments shall be made to the City Treasurer unless the Council shall specify some other officer to whom payments are to be made.

26-20.5 - Eminent Domain.¶
Proceedings in eminent domain may be exercised under the Code of Civil Procedure.

26-20.6 - Stipulations for Judgment.¶
Stipulations and proceedings thereon for judgment may be had as provided in the Street Opening Act of 1903.

Awards and assessments may be offset as provided in the Street Opening Act of 1903.
