13.16.040 - Definition of full payment.

For the purpose of calculating the fee amount to be paid by any Subdivider pursuant to section 13.04.060, the "time that full payment is made to the City" shall mean either: (a) the date on which the Subdivider pays the total fee owed, or (b) the date on which the Subdivider executes a promissory note pursuant to subsection 10.08.3470(d)(3) or section 6.20.080.

13.16.050 - Credits and reimbursements.

(a)

Streetscape fee. Since no Subdivider will be authorized by the City to install streetscape improvements, there shall be no credits or reimbursements related to the streetscape fee.

(b)

Parking fee. In the event that a Subdivider executes a covenant for a specified building, pursuant to subsection 10.08.3470(d)(2) regarding the construction and maintenance of parking improvements within the Downtown Incentive Area, the Subdivider shall receive a full credit against the parking fee otherwise required for the specified building. The credit against the parking fee shall be the Subdivider's sole compensation for execution of the covenant, and the Subdivider shall receive no reimbursements from the City related to the parking fee.
