General Frontages require moderate to high build-to widths while allowing a wide range of modifications for pedestrian amenity spaces. These Frontage Districts have a moderate transparency requirement with flexible entrance spacing standards while ensuring a high-quality pedestrian environment and providing flexibility for a variety of ground
