Sec. 5-5.01. - Unlawful disturbances.

Any person who shall disturb the pace and good order of any neighborhood or person by violent threats, loud or unusual noises, or drunkenness, or who shall run any horse race on the public streets, either for a wager or for amusement, or fire any gun or pistol, or use any vulgar, profane, or indecent language, or who shall be found in an intoxicated or drunken condition shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
