Sec. 5-19.01. - Alcohol restrictions.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to bring, possess or consume any alcoholic beverage within the common area, including but not limited to: recreation areas such as grass, parks, and all other public use areas of the Richland Housing Center.

Sec. 5-19.02. - Enforcement.¶
The Chief of Police shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this chapter and for enforcing the penal provisions hereof.
